2009 course

The race starts at the Sidney Glen Elementary School & has a 2-mile lead in (some or most of which will be neutral) to the start of a 15+ mile loop.

The remainder of the course is a 7 turn loop that is mostly rolling with good to great surfaces, a few short steep pitches, with the finish line on Minterbrook at the intersection with Westbrook up G Spot Hill (200 meters at an average 14% grade).

Feed Zone is located on a straight slightly uphill stretch on JM Dickensen (with a wide shoulder for hand ups).
